Refund and Return Policy
1. Returns
If a customer is dissatisfied with a product or has a change of mind, they may return the item within 7 days of receiving their order. The product must be returned at the customer’s expense, in its original, unused condition, and with appropriate packaging to qualify for a refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
If the order has been shipped or in transit then the customer is responsible for the initial shipping charge(s), return shipping charge(s), and all related expenses related to returning and restocking the order.
Please note that custom-made or special-ordered products are not eligible for return(s) unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@bslaustralia.com, and we will guide you through the process.
