The Water Barrier is used to provide a water tight seal between the two sides of a concrete wall. It is used in conjunction with 15mm diameter HT Thru Tie, Polythene Cones, PVC Tube Spacers and Water Barrier Sleeves to allow recovery of the HT Thru Tie Rods.
