Delivery and Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

For all orders in the nearby vicinity of our yards, the delivery is to be done within 1-2 working days. And for rest the orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In this case, we will notify you promptly.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping Costs for your order are automatically calculated at the Shopping Cart stage of your transaction.

Shipping costs are determined based on the weight of the package, freight charges, and the customer’s location. These costs may vary accordingly.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

 You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

4. Damaged, Lost or Delayed Orders:

If you receive your order and the product is damaged, please contact us immediately at info@bslaustralia.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund if the item arrives defective or damaged. 

BSL AUSTRALIA is not responsible for products lost or delayed during shipping. If your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier to file a claim. However, we will do our best to help you locate your order.

 Please make sure all shipping information is correct. If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, it may result in delays or undelivered packages. We cannot be held responsible for these issues.
